Our story
Green Door Health first opened its doors in 2012 as a multidisciplinary natural health clinic in Elanora Heights, on Garigal land on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Rooted in community from the very beginning, the clinic relocated to the heart of Mona Vale in 2018, where it continues to serve as both a naturopathic and herbal consultation clinic and a dedicated apothecary.
Fin believes in the deep, time-honoured tradition of naturopathy in Australia, and she is here to carry it forward, one carefully crafted blend at a time.

Alongside this work, Fin maintains a special focus on children's health and neurodiversity, including ongoing research into naturopathic support for ADHD. She works alongside paediatricians and GPs, offering complementary care that supports but never replaces conventional medicine.
As a practitioner educator, she trains the next generation of naturopaths in paediatric care, herbal dispensing and clinical practice, and is committed to raising the standard of natural medicine in Australia.
